We help companies find and hire top behind-the-camera talent who specialize in social media content, including Video Editors, Thumbnail Designer, Scriptwriters, Content Strategists, and more. Our platform features professionals who have worked with renowned creators like MrBeast, Dude Perfect, and Ali Abdaal.
Our partner program allows participating individuals & brands to earn a one-time, flat-rate commission on sign ups referred to Roster using tracked links.
You get a free job post or a $150 credit when your first referral creates a profile. Starting with your second referral, you will get a $50 credit when they create their first job post or subscribe to one of our plans.
We don’t have a maximum cap on how many referrals you can send either, so there’s unlimited opportunity!
Payments are processed at the end of each calendar month for all confirmed job posts or subscriptions. With a minimum payout of just $50, you'll start earning after your very first successful referral. We'll reach out to you at the end of each month with details on submitting an invoice, or you can proactively send us your invoice to expedite payment.
