Roster Partner Program Terms of Service
Roster Private Limited (the "Company”) is a company incorporated and registered in Singapore. For the purposes of these Terms, "You" and "User/s" as used herein refers to anyone, including any individuals and/or entities accessing or using the Platform for any reason; and “we”, “our” and “us” shall mean Roster, and/or any third-party service providers rendering certain services on the Platform. These Terms govern your use and/or access to our products and/or services, including the Roster website(s) (“Website”), the Roster mobile application(s) (“App”), Roster’s application programming interfaces (APIs), our notifications and/or any information or content appearing therein (collectively, the “Platform”) on any mobile phone, tablet, computer or other device (collectively, the “Device“).
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Roster Partner Program. By signing up for the Roster Partner Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Please review these terms carefully before participating in the Program.
2. Enrollment in the Program
To begin the enrollment process, you must sign up through the Roster Partner Program platform. We may reject your application if, at our sole discretion, we determine that your site is unsuitable for the Program.
3. Partner Obligations
As a member of the Roster Partner Program, you agree that:
- You will use the Program in a lawful manner and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You will not engage in any misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive practices.
- You will not engage in the distribution of unsolicited commercial emails (spam).
- You will not use Roster’s trademarks or other intellectual property without prior written permission, except as provided in the branding guidelines.
- You will not promote Roster through Google Ads or any other paid search engine advertising.
4. Approved Promotional Methods
As a Roster partner, you are authorized to promote our services through the following methods:
- Website or blog content.
- Social media platforms.
- Email marketing (in compliance with applicable laws and regulations).
- Webinars and online events.
- Content marketing, such as articles, reviews, and tutorials.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any accrued commissions:
- Engaging in any form of advertising that results in misleading or false representations of Roster.
- Offering any third-party incentives (e.g., rebates, coupons, discounts) to induce sign-ups.
- Utilizing cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, or other deceptive practices to generate commissions.
- Using unauthorized methods to redirect traffic to the Roster website.
6. Commission and Payment - General Partners
- Commission Rates: Partners will earn a flat cash reward of $50 for each referred creator who creates their first job post through the partner’s unique referral link. Only the first job post per referred customer counts toward the reward. Each customer can earn you a maximum of one $50 reward, regardless of additional job posts they may create later.
- Referee Benefit: Each new sign-up (referee) will also receive a $50 credit for their first job post upon joining through your referral link, creating a win-win for both parties.
- Payment Schedule: Rewards are paid at the end of the calendar month after a job post is confirmed.
- Minimum Payout: There is no minimum payout amount.
7. Commission and Payment - Existing Customers
- Commission Rates: Existing customers will earn a $50 credit for their next job post, for each qualified job post created through their unique partner links.
- Referee Benefit: Each new sign-up (referee) will also receive a $50 credit for their first job post upon joining through your referral link, creating a win-win for both parties.
- Payment Schedule: The $50 discount is granted at the end of the calendar month after the referred customer's first job post is confirmed. If you would like to claim your Roster credit before the end of the calendar month, please email support@joinroster.co.
8. Term and Termination
This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Program application and will continue until terminated by either party. Either you or Roster may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
9. Relationship of Parties
You and Roster are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.
10. Limitation of Liability
Roster will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program. Our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
11. Disclaimers
Roster provides the Program on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis and makes no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the Program, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Roster does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
12. Modification
We may modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued participation in the Program after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Entire Agreement & Reservation of Rights
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Referral Programme and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.Roster reserves the right to interpret the terms of this Agreement and its decisions are final and binding.
