Subscription Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Terms
- Universal 7-Day Notice Requirement: All cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the end of your current billing period to take effect for that cycle. This applies to both trial periods and ongoing subscriptions.
- How to Cancel: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team at support@joinroster.co.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (including at the end of trial periods) unless you cancel with 7 days notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal.
2. Refunds
- No Partial Period Refunds: No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. You will retain access to all paid features through the end of your current billing cycle after cancellation.
- Billing Error Exception: Refunds may be issued for documented billing errors or technical issues on our end, at our sole discretion.
- Trial Billing: Once a trial period ends and billing begins, standard refund policies apply. No refunds are available for charges incurred after trial expiration, regardless of usage.
3. Downgrades or Changes
- Customers may downgrade or modify their subscription plan at any time, with changes taking effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
- Plan changes are subject to the same 7-day notice requirement if the change involves cancelling current billing.
- Downgrading to a lower-tier plan may result in the loss of features or access to specific functionalities tied to higher-tier plans.
4. Reactivation
- Customers can reactivate their subscription at any time by logging into their account and selecting a new plan.
- Reactivated accounts will be charged immediately for the selected plan on a pro-rated basis from the reactivation date.
5. Special Promotions
- Subscriptions purchased as part of a promotional offer are subject to the same cancellation policy. Refunds will be calculated based on the original subscription price, not the promotional rate.
- Trial promotions: Extended trial periods or special trial offers are subject to the same automatic billing terms - you will be charged when the promotional trial period ends unless cancelled beforehand.
