1. Overview

‍Roster's Referral Bonus Program allows you to earn a cash reward by referring a candidate to an eligible job listing using your unique Roster referral link. These terms govern your eligibility and the conditions under which the bonus is paid.

2. How It Works

• Each Roster user has a unique referral link for every job listing. When you share your link and someone applies through it, you are recorded as their referrer.
• If the candidate you referred is hired by the employer, you are eligible to receive the referral bonus associated with that listing. The bonus amount is set by the client and displayed on the listing.

3. Eligibility

‍To be eligible for a referral bonus, all of the following must apply:

• You shared your unique Roster referral link after the listing was published.
• The candidate applied to the listing using your referral link as their entry point into the application.
• The candidate was not already known to the employer via Roster prior to your referral.
• You are not the same individual as the hired candidate - self-referrals do not qualify.
• You are eligible to receive international payments. Roster is not responsible for any inability to process payment due to your location, bank restrictions, or regulatory limitations.
• In the case of multiple referrers for the same candidate, only the first referral link used by the candidate at the point of application qualifies.

4. Notification & Claim Window

‍If your referral results in a hire, Roster will notify you via the contact details on your Roster account. You must respond with valid payment details within 30 days of notification. Failure to respond within this window will result in forfeiture of the bonus.

5. Payout

• Qualifying referral bonuses will be processed within 14 business days of your response with valid payment details.
• Roster will process the full bonus amount to the referrer. However, intermediary banks or payment processors may deduct transaction or conversion fees in the course of processing your payment. These fees are the responsibility of the referrer and Roster is not liable for any amounts withheld by third parties during the payment process.

6. General

• Roster reserves the right to disqualify referrals that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
• These terms are subject to change. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms.
